Filing Fees

Filing fees must be paid either by cashier's check, money order, credit card, or an attorney's firm check, made payable to "Clerk, U.S. Bankruptcy Court." Personal checks will not be accepted. Check or credit card payments from debtors will not be accepted.

Electronic filers will pay and track filing fees via the Internet using a credit card. This service is provided to the Court by the U.S. Treasury to allow filers to pay filing fees interactively as part of the electronic filing process.
