Request for Extension of Time to File Transcript

Event: Bankruptcy/Adversary > Court Reporter

Transcribers will be required to file a request to extend the time to complete the transcript, if it cannot be completed within 30 days. 

Filing Requirements

  1. Letter requesting an extension of time to complete the transcript.

To File Electronically:

  1. Log into CM/ECF
    Note: Court Reporter should login using their personal Pacer login.

  2. Select [Bankruptcy/Adversary > Court Reporters]

  3. Enter the Case Number

  4. Select Event: "Request for Extension of Time to File Transcript" 

  5. Browse and Attach the PDF/Letter requesting the extension of time to file the transcript. 

  6. Enter the Extended Due Date being requested in the open text box. 

  7. Update Docket Text:

  8. Review and submit final docket text.
