If Schedules have not been filed within 14 days of the date the Petition was filed, the Trustee may request that the Court issue an Order to Show Cause.
Note: This is a virtual entry ... no document is required.
Trustee will:

Log into CM/ECF.

Select [Bankruptcy > Trustee/US Trustee].

Enter the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).

Select [Request for Order to Show Cause] from the event list.

Select yourself (trustee) as the party filer.

Enter Reason for OTSC: List the missing documents.

Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [Next] to submit your document(s).
Note: The Notice of Electronic Filing displays giving you the document number. Copies of this notice are immediately e-mailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.
