When a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee resigns their appointment, a Notice of Trustee Resignation will be filed in the cases they are currently assigned.

To File Electronically:
Trustee will:

Log into CM/ECF.

Select [Bankruptcy > Trustee/US Trustee ].

Enter the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).

Select [Notice of Trustee Resignation] from the event list.

Select yourself (trustee) as the party filer.

Select the trustee to be removed from case.

Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [Next] to submit your filing.
