Request for Court to Issue Order to Show Cause Re: Appearance

If the debtor fails to appear at the §341 meeting, the Trustee will instruct the Court to issue an Order to Show Cause.

Note:  This is a virtual entry ... no document is required.

Trustee will:

1. Log into CM/ECF.

2. Select [Bankruptcy >  Trustee/US Trustee].

3. Enter the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).

4. Select [Request for Order to Show Cause] from the event list.

5. Select yourself (trustee) as the party filer.

6. Enter Reason for OTSC: Appearance.

7. Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [Next] to submit your document(s).
   
   Note: The Notice of Electronic Filing displays giving you the document number. Copies of this notice are immediately e-mailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.
