Request to Redact made by a party that is NOT the original filer, requires a Motion to Redact, Proposed Order, Proof of Service, and Filing Fee.
Guidelines for Redacting Personal Identifiers:
- Social Security Numbers: Only the last four digits should be visible (Example: xx-xx-6789)
- Financial Account Numbers: Only the last four digits shoudl be visible (Example: xx xxx6789)
- Dates of Birth: Only the year of the date of birth should be visible (Example: xx/xx/89)
- Names of Minor Children: Only the initials should be visible (Example: John Doe should be J.D.)

Note: A closed case does not need to be reopened before filing the Motion.
To File Electronically:

Enter the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).

Select [Redact] from the event list.

Select the party filer. If the party is not listed, click on .
Note: The may appear. If your party selection was correct, check the box to create an association.

to select the Motion (.pdf file). Add the proposed redacted document as an attachment.

Note: If redacting a Claim, do NOT check the box to refer to an existing event.

To pay via credit card, leave the receipt field blank and select NEXT to continue filing.

Modify the text as appropriate.

Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [Next] to submit your document(s).
Note: The displays giving you the document number. Copies of this notice are immediately e-mailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.
