Event: Court Events > Deposition/Other Court Transcript

 

Note: These instructions are for a Deposition or a Transcript of a hearing held in another court. If you receive a Transcript of a hearing held in our court, see instructions for "Transcript of Hearing."

The deposition/transcript may refer to a matter that is set for hearing. It may be more appropriate in this situation for the document to be included as exhibits in the party's pre-hearing papers. However, if they are filed separately, follow these instructions.

What To Do:

  1. File stamp the Deposition/Transcript with the date received and docket.

To Docket the Deposition/Transcript

  1. Log into CM/ECF.

  2. Select [ Bankruptcy > Court Events ].

  3. Enter the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).

  4. Select [ Deposition/Other Court Transcript ] from the event list.

  5. Browse to select the Transcript (.pdf file).

  6. If appropriate, refer to the primary pleading.

  7. Modify the text as appropriate.

  8. Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [ Next ] to submit your document(s).
