Select [Bankruptcy > Trustee/US Trustee] when filed by Trustee. Select [Bankruptcy > Notices] when filed by debtor in possession

Enter the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).

Select [Notice of Intent to Abandon (with no motion)] from the Trustee/US Trustee event list. Select [Notice of Intent to Abandon (Debtor in Possession Only)] from the Notices event list.

Select yourself (trustee) (or debtor if filed by debtor in possession) as the party filer.

Browse to select the Notice (pdf file).
Note: The Proof of Service may be added as an attachment to this document.

Enter the last day to object (defaults to 14 days; modify if necessary).
