This Notice details late charges, NSF fees, attorney fees, courts costs and inspection fees that the debtor will be responsible for on his principal residence.
Filing Requirements:
Note: This Notice shall be served on and filed with the court within 180 days after the date on which the fees, expensesor charges are incurred.
To File Electronically:

Log into CM/ECF.

Select [Bankruptcy > Claim Actions OR Creditor Claim Actions].

Enter the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).

Select [Notice of Postpetition Mortgage Fees, Expenses and Charges OR Notice of Postpetition Mortgage Fees, Expenses and Charges (No Proof of Claim Filed)] from the event list.

Select the party filer. If the party is not listed, click on Add/Create New Party.
Note: The Attorney/Party Association screen may appear. If your party selection was correct, check the box to create an association.

Browse to select the Notice (.pdf file).

Select Claim from the list.

Is a Proof of Service included or attached to the document currently being filed? (Yes or No)

Modify the text as appropriate

Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [Next] to submit your document(s).

Because no document number is associated with this event, the word "doc" appears as a document hyperlink, rather than a document number. This event appears on the Claims Register.
