Event: Bankruptcy > Plan > Chapter 13 Plan Effective 12/1/17

Local Form 3015-1.1 Chapter 13 Plan

EFFECTIVE 12/1/17: THE USE OF LOCAL FORM 3015-1.1 [CHAPTER 13 PLAN] IS MANDATORY FOR ALL CHAPTER 13 PLANS.

The Plan must be filed within 14 days from the date of filing. The Court will send a copy of the Plan to all creditors.

To File Electronically:

  1. Log into CM/ECF.

  2. Select [Bankruptcy >  Plan].

  3. Enter the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).

  4. Select [Chapter 13 Plan] from the event list.

  5. Select the party filer.

  6. Browse to select the Plan (.pdf file).

  7. Modify the text as appropriate.

  8. Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [Next] to submit your document(s).

    Note: The Notice of Electronic Filing displays giving you the document number. Copies of this notice are immediately e-mailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.
