  2. EDIT DOCKET ENTRY

    • Add corrective text before the original text

      Example: ***Docketed in this case in error - see case number [xx-xxxxx]***

  3. DELETE PDF IMAGE

  4. DOCKET CORRECTIVE ENTRY

    Example:  Chapter 13 Plan docketed in this case in error.  Clerk's office to docket in case number [xx-xxxxx].

  5. TERMINATE DOCUMENT(S)

  6. DOCKET IN CORRECT CASE

If document created incorrect relation:

REMOVE RELATION

  • Utilities > Edit Docket Entries

  • Select Add/Delete Docket Entry Relations

If document terminated deadline:

UPDATE DEADLINES

  • Bankruptcy  > Court Events

  • Select appropriate Update Deadline event

------------------------------------------------------------------

If document added party and attorney:

TERMINATE PARTY AND ATTORNEY

  • Utilities  > Edit Case Participants

  • Select Delete Party

  • Select party to delete

    NOTE:  When a party is deleted from a case, all attorneys associated with that party are also deleted from the case.

If document generated a BNC notice:

DELETE NOTICE

  • If not already picked up by BNC: Delete Notice

  • If already picked up by BNC:

    • CREATE NOTICE OF CORRECTION FORM (WordPerfect).

    • DOCKET [Court Events > Notice via BNC] to send notice to all incorrect creditors. Modify docket text to read: "[Name of document] inadvertently docketed in this case in error and [name of form] was sent to creditors in this case in error."

If document set or cleared a flag:

SET-RESET FLAG

  • Bankruptcy > Court Events

  • Select Flags Set-Reset

  • Set and clear flags as needed to return the case back to its original state

If document is a fee event:

NOTIFY FINANCIAL TO MAKE APPROPRIATE FINANCIAL ADJUSTMENTS

If document changed case status:

NOTIFY QC TO EDIT CASE STATUS
