Incorrect / Unreadable / Incomplete PDF Attached by Court User

  1. ATTACH CORRECT / READABLE / COMPLETE PDF

    • Utilities > Edit Docket Entries

    • Enter case number and document number

    • Action: Add document(s) to a docket entry

    • Verify the document number and click [Next]

    • Browse and attach pdf

    • Select Type or type Description

    • Click [Add to List] > Click [Next]

  2. DELETE INCORRECT PDF

    • Click Return to Docket Entry Editor (or Utilities > Edit Docket Entries)

    • Enter case number and document number of the entry with the incorrect / unreadable / incomplete pdf

    • Action: Delete a document (not the docket entry)

    • When the selection screen appears:

      • next to the incorrect pdf (usually document 1, titled “Main Document” - to confirm, click on the hyperlink)

      • Click [Submit]

  3. DOCKET CORRECTIVE ENTRY

    Example: Modified to attach correct pdf; Modified to attach readable pdf; or Modified to attach complete pdf
