Event: Bankruptcy/Adversary > Appeal > Request for Transcript

For Appeal Purposes: It is the Appellant's responsibility to submit a Transcript Request Form to the Bankruptcy Court or a certificate stating that the appellant is not ordering a transcript within the time period prescribed in FRBP 8009(a)(1).

To File the Request Electronically:

Log into CM/ECF.

Select [Bankruptcy > Appeal] or [Adversary > Appeal].

Enter the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).

Select [Request for Transcript] from the event list.

Select the party filer.

Browse to select the Transcript Request Form (.pdf file).

Modify the text as appropriate.

Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [Next] to submit your document(s).
Note: The Notice of Electronic Filing displays giving you the document number. Copies of this notice are immediately e-mailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.
