Notice of Chapter 11 Confirmation Hearing

Event: Bankruptcy > Notices > Notice of Confirmation Hearing


Filing Requirements:

  • Notice of Confirmation Hearing giving 28-day notice to all creditors of 1) the time to object to confirmation and 2) the confirmation hearing.

  • Proof of Service - Note: Debtor’s attorney (or proponent of the Plan) must send the following to all creditors:

    • Order Approving Disclosure Statement

    • Notice of Confirmation Hearing

    • Approved Disclosure Statement

    • Plan

    • Ballot

To File Electronically:

  1. Log into CM/ECF.

  2. Select [Bankruptcy >  Notices].

  3. Enter the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).

  4. Select [Notice of Confirmation Hearing] from the event list.

  5. Select the party filer.

  6. Browse to select the Notice (.pdf file).

    Note:  The Proof of Service may be added as an attachment to this document.

  7. Refer to the Plan.

  8. Modify the text as appropriate.

  9. Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [Next] to submit your document(s).

    Note: The Notice of Electronic Filing displays giving you the document number. Copies of this notice are immediately e-mailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.
