Fed. R. Bank. P. 2002, 2003, 9006(a)

Event: Bankruptcy > Judge/Trustee Assignment

After a case has been filed and creditors are uploaded, the Judge/Trustee Assignment program in CM/ECF will schedule the 341 meeting and assign the Judge/trustee for:

Chapter 7, 12 (Madison) and 13 cases,

Chapter 11 cases (assigns Judge only), and

Chapter 12 (Eau Claire) cases (assigns Judge only).

If the Judge/Trustee Assign fails, verify that the correct office/county is on the case and that creditors were uploaded.

Note: If several cases are filed the same day, it is suggested that you open all cases and then run the Judge/Trustee Assignment. The possibility of the getting the same 341 meeting time and trustee are greater.

This entry must be made the same day a case is filed.
