• Rule 4001(d) Notice of Motion giving 14 days to object when no previous motion was filed, and the agreement relates to: relief from stay, prohibiting or conditioning the use, sale or lease of property, providing adequate protection, use of cash collateral or obtaining credit. Notice is sent to the creditors’ committee, or if no committee is appointed, to the list of 20 largest unsecured creditors

• Proposed Order Approving Motion (may be filed after the last day to object has expired)
